Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to drive advertising sales, manage client relationships and support the growth of our brand. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that position Groove 100FM as the preferred advertising partner for businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and secure advertising business for Groove 100FM across radio, digital, and events platforms
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the programming and digital teams to create innovative advertising solutions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Represent Groove 100FM at corporate events, activations, and client engagements.
Requirements
- Diploma (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accountin, or Media Studies.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Radio or Television Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
- Must be ready to assume duties immediately
